1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders, bookings, and services provided by Aurelia’s Basket Enterprise (“Aurelia’s
Basket,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to any client, customer, or recipient (“you,” “client”).
By placing an order, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services Include
- Premium food trays (breakfast & lunch platters)
- Fruit trays and luxury fruit baskets
- Premium gift boxes
- Bespoke luxury gifting & curation
- Day Break & Long Break experiences
- Balloon installations & live serenades
- Flower boxes, bouquets & cake delivery
- Daily experiences, short breaks & getaways
3. Orders and Booking Confirmation
A booking is only guaranteed once full payment has been received. Verbal or written interest without payment does not confirm a booking.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
- Clients must provide accurate delivery details, contact information, recipient details, and special instructions at booking.
- Tailored trays require a minimum order value of NGN 195,000 subject to product availability.
- For delivery locations outside our standard zones, clients must contact us to confirm cost before the order is finalised.
4. Delivery
Delivery Notes
- Delivered via a private car/logistics service to preserve presentation and quality in transit.
- Delivery costs are separate from product cost and payable in addition to the order total.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties once dispatched.
- Clients must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery; failed deliveries may attract redelivery charges.
5. Ownership
Ownership of Items
All trays, utensils, and serving wares used in food deliveries belong to the recipient after delivery, unless otherwise specified. All meals are delivered on our signature brown butler’s tray.
6. Customisation
Clients may tailor trays and gift boxes to their specifications, subject to product availability at the time of order. Where an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
7. Add-Ons
Balloon installations, live serenades, flowers, and cakes are available at additional cost and must be booked/paid for in advance. Serenades: 10-15 mins from NGN 60,000. Flower boxes: from NGN 150,000.
8. Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm and guarantee any booking.
- Payment is accepted via methods communicated at the point of order; proof of payment may be required.
- Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking will be honoured for that order.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address, recipient details, occasion, dietary preferences and allergies at booking.
- We are not liable for reactions from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Special access arrangements (gated estates, offices, venues) must be communicated in advance.
10. Liability, IP and Amendments
- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) — traffic, weather, strikes, or third-party logistics issues.
- We are not liable for damage or spoilage occurring after successful delivery and hand-over.
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in client-provided information that cause delivery errors.
- Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total value paid for that order.
- All website content, images, designs, and text are the property of Aurelia’s Basket Enterprise and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- We may amend these Terms at any time; updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
